Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide at Best Days Senior Living in Pickerington, OH. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting seniors with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and supporting patient care needs.
 
Qualifications
Home Care and Personal Care skills
Effective Communication skills
Experience with Activities of Daily Living and Patient Care
Compassion and empathy in caring for seniors
Attention to detail and observational skills
Certification or training as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Previous experience in a senior care setting is a plus
